Child's Nantucket Bike Baskets

Charming craftsmanship and long–lasting strength make this Child's Nantucket Bike Basket stand apart from the rest. A replica of the high–quality Nantucket Lightship baskets first produced in the 1800s, the basket has classic details including leather straps and a brass plate on the front. It's woven with a very fine natural rattan cane material that is designed to withstand the demands of continued use. Unlike many other bicycle baskets, ours features a rolled weave around the rim to keep it from unraveling. The basket also has a wire frame in addition to a reinforced wooden bottom on the inside and out. Choose the Painted basket in Hunter Green or Royal Blue.
