My daughter absolutely LOVES these dolls. While I would not recommend them for very young children they are wonderful for imaginative play. They live in the newly constructed cardboard-log cabin that we built for them :) They are absolutely beautiful and detailed and quite delicate. The clothing is fairly sturdy but the felted hair can be easily mussed. I would recommend them for kids who love little dolls but who also know how to take care of them.

My husband and I watched Little House on the Prairie when we were kids. We got the entire series box set and watch an episode almost every night. My 7 year old daughter is crazy about this show and loves to act it out with her Lincoln logs and dolls. She was getting frustrated with her handmade houses falling down so we searched for a cabin dollhouse like the show's cabin. I came across this website a few times and thought this Lil Cabin was really cute. The price was high to me at first but then I couldn't resist and bought it for my daughter's birthday. Anyway, it came today and is so worth the price. It's AWESOME! It's larger than you'd think, sturdy and she loves it. The minis are especially enjoyable and the clothespins really work. Can't say enough good things about this toy. It will last a long time!

I love this cabin. It's beautiful and sturdy and well made. I love the fireplace built into it. And I love that it is essentially two big rooms (upstairs and downstairs) because it makes playing and creating scenes much easier for young children. I'm very disappointed that Magic Cabin discontinued it's log cabin furniture set. Modern furniture doesn't look quite right, so we opt for the fairy woodland furniture. It would be so much better to have furniture in the same style as the cabin.
