I brought this for my younger children, ages 2 and 4, for Christmas. They both enjoy playing dress up. Today I found all the decorative jewels off the crown. Maybe my children are rougher on things, but the jewels were just glued on and came off easily.

Wonderful for open ended play for our 7 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter. One of the jewels came off but easily hot glued back on. Much nicer than the plastic options saturating the market now.

these silk swords are beautiful, but too expensive. more thought should have been put into keeping it together when used as a sword--esp. the handle's little tassle. i would've used another piece of silk to wrap the handle, otherwise has worked great for my boys big(6), small (2) and very small (10mo)--when accidently hit.

My daughters (ages 5 and 9) really like this crown. I wish it was made from a fabric other than silk, because of the use of/abuse to the silk worms. Otherwise, this is a fabulous product!
