My mother bought my son this Hugglepod and we all fell in love with it! I sit in it with my son for story time, he loves to play with his toy cars in it as well as swing in it. There is so many ways you can play with it! AWESOME PRODUCT!!!

My daughter (she's 8) has autism/asperger's and LOVES this chair. She has been in it every day since we installed it two months ago. It has taken the usage well and is still firmly in place. We bought it on the recommendation of another mom with a special needs child. I was impressed with the strength of the fabric and durability. She loves it so much that we have had to order a second one for our second daughter's room (who is 5, and does not have special needs). It must feel like being in a cozy tent. I am delighted with this purchase. Like the other reviewers, however, I must warn you that it arrives without hardware or instructions for installation. A quick trip to the hardware store fixed that and my husband installed it directly into a wood beam in her ceiling within an hour. No issues. Really a great buy; children love it.

We purchased this for our 5 year old at Christmas. She LOVES it!! We've set a few anchors up around the house so we can move it around to different rooms. She listens to music and reads her books in it. My 9 month old even loves to swing in it. I've even sat in it to catch a few needed moments of relaxation. All of the other reviews mention no hardware but once you set a good anchor and I recommend using a carabiner too....its PERFECT!!!!!! I highly recommend this product! GREAT purchase!!!!!!!

My daughter begged me to purchase this item for her as a holiday present. She was thrilled to receive it. The company provides no guide lines as to how to hang the item. Hardware is excluded and there are no directions to hang it! There is a safety warning against attaching metal parts directly to metal anchoring. Otherwise, it directs you to a professional. I called HearthSong to see if they could suggest a way to hang it, so that I could inform a professional accordingly. They were apologetic and sympathized, but had no further information. They did state that the item would need to be bolted into a joyce.

This item was bought for Christmas. Our five year daughter loves it! Having a ten month old, she is always looking for some privacy, and this gives her that privacy. She absolutely loves the color as well The biggest complaint we had about the product was that there were NO directions on how to install this. A list of hardware needed to install this didn't accompany the box as well. So you are on your own. Don't call customer service because they weren't any help as well. Also, the cushion could be a little firmer so that when the children sit on it, the pod doesn't collapse completely around the child; it doesn't leave for much interior space. Other than that, our daughter loves it. As long as she is happy, we are as well.
