I ordered the toaster set after my 2-yr-old daughter showed an interest in the real toaster in the kitchen. She also enjoyed cutting the wooden food at her Waldorf school so I liked the knife with sliceable butter. (The honey bear is too cute, too!) This has gotten daily use from her play. I only wish the toaster did more. It is wooden and makes the bread go up and down, but don't expect it to pop up like a real toaster. Otherwise, I think this is a perfect gift for a toddler or pre-schooler.

I prefer my child working with wood rather than plastic. This set is really cute and my girl uses it all the time to "make coffee" for me. Not cheap, but really well worth it. Also, it's fantastic to add to an existing play kitchen (or real kitchen)!

I run a daycare and this product is part of our pretend kitchen area. I like that it is small enough to not be unsafe if dropped near little toes. I also like that it is solid enough to withstand daily group play. I am very picky about toys and this is a winner.

Cute toaster set!

Fantastic Toy
