Steiff® Puppies

Steiff makes the best, most beautiful and most durable stuffed animals. I still have some from my own childhood that my daughter plays with. The puppies are great, they are not collectable, heirloom quality, they are simply wonderful plush animals. They are very soft and huggable and conform to the child's body. Another reviewer stated that they were too pricey for regular cuddle animals, but please keep in mind that you are paying for beautiful, well made toys and you are supporting an old, traditional company in Germany. Manufacturing in Germany is more than in China.

Comments about Product:
This golden retriever stuffed animal feels very ordinary/average for a Steiff. It is very lightweight and small, I expected something with a little more heft. I can't see anything special about it other than the Steiff tag in it's ear, especially for the price tag. If it were an heirloom quality animal, it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I will return this.
