Nice dress up cape

I bought two of these as Christmas presents but ended up returning one of them. I liked that they were generously sized for an older child but would have preferred a lining at this price. The "red" is very pink as others have said and we were glad!

The color is the real bummer here. A fun cloak/cape, but my daughter loves pinks and purples and this purple is definitely BLUE. I would be great for a boy, but the tie is purple. The other reviews commented about problems with the color as well. Red looking more pink. It just doesn't make sense.

The cloak is well-made but, to my surprise, it is VERY rosy in hue, unfortunately for my grandson, who is 4! He still loves it, but I am very disappointed that I sent him a cloak he describes as "pink." Fortunately, he doesn't seem to mind and his sister, with whom he plays royalty daily, says it's her favorite color. Still, I would have prefered a more accurate description.

As I pulled the much anticipated cloak out of the box my heart sank. The expected rich red with white trim cloak came as a darker pink one. Certainly not as pictured! My son has wanted to play knight and king for so long. I cannot give this to him. Although he will be disappointed, I am returning it straight away. We are back to the search.

I was shopping for Christmas gifts and the other cloaks were sold out but my heart was set on cloaks for my daughters from Santa. The cloaks were represented accurately in the description but I would have loved to have had the cloaks that wrapped around more. These cloaks are great for the dragging effect but there is not enough material to wrap the cloak around the body. The materials seem durable and the construction is great.

My 4-year-old great-granddaughter wore her cape all Christmas Day. It was a bit too long for her but she will grow into it. Her cape is a beautiful purple, and I gave her 5-year-old boy cousin a red cape, so they could act out their own stories when they play together---sometimes as prince and princess, sometimes as super heroes.
