This is perfectly smooth, elegant and the highest possible quality in rich, sophisticated colors. It has the perfect amount of body and a nice, dense hand so hand-stitching at the edges of a piece won't pull out, as with synthetic felt. It's a pleasure to touch and work with.
If you're planning to use it for handmade crafts, the result is so much better when you use such high quality materials. It's not inexpensive, but absolutely worth the price if you're making something special and/or you want it to last.
(MC used to sell a sample card of all the colors of this felt for a minimal price; it's extremely useful - don't know why they no longer offer it.)

My therapy is making clothes for small dolls. I've looked everywhere for quality felt and found it here at Magic Cabin, one of my favorite stores. I'm also a play therapist for children, so you can imagine how important quality and durability is in my world. My only question is why would I have looked anywhere else in the first place! Kudos.

Purchased these squares for making Christmas tree ornaments, thinking the 100% "fuzzy wool" look was what I wanted. This is nice felt, but it is not fuzzy nor extremely woolly looking. I think I could have used less expensive felt (with a lower wool content) and achieved the same result. I did not need durability. The colors are awesome though!

Customer service was available and helpful. These squares must be popular because the ship date kept being pushed forward. (It was Christmas time though)

Best quality wool felt I've found anywhere, for any price. Great weight to it, not too heavy, not too flimsy. Some colors are a little off from what I would like, but overall a great selection.

i love wool felt! it doesn't pill up like craft felt. it doesn't stretch like craft felt. the colors are vibrant and inspiring. We've used wool felt for needle cases, crowns, and have a whole list of "wanna makes".
