I purchased the entire set for my granddaughter a few years ago. She loves them and plays with them often. The dolls have been a wonderful addition to her dollhouse play..promoting international differences and understanding, learning about different nationalities, being props for school social studies projects, or simply becoming a seasonal display. With my granddaughter's dollhouse play, these dolls offer such a great opportunity for learning and a tiny step towards world peace. Such a neat toy! You probably can see that I am a former teacher also...and a doll lover!

My daughter loves playing with this little doll. She was very interested in Native American songs and stories and this little doll allowed her to create many of her own as well. The doll is well-made, and seems to be able to stand up to years of story-making.

We love learning about different cultures. In Scandanavia, St. Lucia Day is very important to the Christmas time celebrations. Our family is part Norwegian, so we wanted to make this saint day part of our family tradition, too. The St. Lucia doll looks beautiful and sweet near our Advent wreath.

My daughters love these little dolls. They use them as dolls for their 18" dolls, but also just as a small toy to have with them when they don't have room for big things. Expensive, but they will save them forever. Just love items that aren't plastic, mass-produced or use batteries - they have more soul!
