When I saw this in the catalog I thought it was just so adorable, and that my daughter would really really enjoy it for Christmas. It seemed pricey, but since it was hand-made in Nepal, I felt that it would be unique and I would appreciate the craftsmanship. It arrived packaged flat (folded), and, even with stuffing this full of packing paper to leave for a while to try to get a round shape, it's just not happening. It's creased and wants to remain that way. This is a huge flaw for a child that wants to use this as a house. Second, the bottom is not flat. Unlike the picture, mine has a distinct roundness to the bottom, again preventing any easy use as a little house. On to quality: the zipper is very difficult to open and close. This is because it is not evenly sewn around the bag, and is sewn far too near to the edge on one portion. The decorations are hand- hot-glued in Nepal, not hand-sewn. That was a big disappointment. If I had to do this over again, I would have ordered a little fairy house that was comparable in price (different store). [...]. Not sure if I will return this or if I will wait to see what my daughter thinks. I am not sure if all are as mine, or perhaps some are better constructed. Cute in the pic, just disappoints in real life.
