The bad first:1) The pegs that are supposed to secure the tent to the wall were missing. I didn't have time to call the company and have some sent, so went to the hardware store and got drawer knobs with something called a hanger (like a double ended screw) and anchors for drywall. This worked, just annoying I had to do this to begin with.2) One of the pockets that holds the rods was sewn incorrectly. I had to rip out some of the seam to get the rod in. This was minor.3)The glue that holds the appliques on the roof discolored the green fabric on the interior of the tent (turned it yellow). Again, this is minor, it is not visible from the exterior at all.4) This is the big one folks. THE DIRECTIONS FOR WHERE TO PUT THE KNOBS ON THE WALL ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. The measurements are not even close in height from the ground or distance apart. I ended up just having two people hold it up and marking where to put the knobs by where the loops fell. Unfortunately, that was after I put 4 holes in my wall in completely the wrong place. The good:Now that it is up, it looks great. The colors are nice and vibrant, the quality of materials is good and it is well constructed (minus that one seam). It looks pretty much exactly like the website. And most importantly, my kids LOVE it. I made a mat out of memory foam for padding on the floor, and my 5 year old has slept on that in the tent every night since we put it up :) Overall, I would buy this again and recommend it, with the caveat to NOT follow the directions.
