Comments about Product: I purchased two of these rocking hammocks for my Grandchildren for Christmas, because they are definitely unique and unusual. The only problem was that the Velcro for the pillows was so high up on the fabric to hold the pillow that the kids were lying WAY back, and ended up looking at the ceiling...all their weight went at the head of the hammock, not like it is portrayed in the photo. It seemed the placement was off. Great idea, though, and the kids use them all the time, from what I hear, except that they do not attach the pillows...they just put them where they are comfortable so it doesn't affect how the hammock lies. I DO love the idea, though, and the kids do, as well, now that they have figured it out!
Comments about Product: When I saw this online, I was super excited (as were many other customers, based on the two month back order). The hammock finally arrived and it was easy to assemble and seems to be high quality. As for functionality, my 2, 4 and 6-year-olds did not look nearly as relaxed as the child in the photo. What the manufacturers did not consider is that small children are top heavy - my kids have to have their feet dangling over one end in order to remain semi-upright. If they try to use the included pillow, the hammock is more of an inversion table! I think this may be solvable by moving the cross bar closest to their shoulders down towards their midsection to prevent it from rocking back too far.
