I purchased this for my granddaughter's 4th Birthday and she was delighted! It's just the right size for her and very realistic looking! She loves the tray that holds everything.

My little granddaughters have enjoyed playing tea party with this and acting out stories that they have read as well as making up their own stories. They also have learned hospitality and how to be gracious and generous while having fun with the tea set. Since the cups, etc., are wooden they have proven quite durable and there is no fear that things might be broken easily.

I gave it to my daughter (age 4) for Christmas. Although she received many other gifts, this was her favorite. She spent most of Christmas day playing tea party with her cousin (age 3). What is great about this particular set is that it has two little cups with spoons as well as a variety of realistic looking sweets. My daughter loves to give us "dessert" after dinner. The tray makes it easy for her to carry it around and share.
